PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of placement. Custom/AI-designed items may take longer as they're made to order. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery estimates depend on your location:

  • Domestic: Estimated 3-5 business days after processing
  • International: Estimated 7-14 business days depending on destination
Free delivery on orders over Rs. 5,000.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. Orders over Rs. 5,000 qualify for free shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping availability and rates will be announced as the network expands. Customs or import duties (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
